We are a full service law firm meaning that we handle all aspects of whatever family law matter our clients retain us to handle. We prepare all of the paper work involved, including drafting letters, filing pleadings with the court, conducting discovery, preparing disclosures, serving subpoenas, etc. We handle all communications with the opposing attorney or party, the court, expert witnesses, third party witnesses, police, child protective services, etc. We accompany our clients to all court appearances, depositions or other court-related events, if permitted by law. In essence, we do everything in the case from start to finish. We are very protective of our clients, and if we accept you as a client,  you will never be left to fend for yourself.

LIMITED SCOPE

We are now accepting certain matters on a Limited Scope basis. A Limited Scope matter is a one time non-repeating portion of the case with a defined beginning and end. Due to the almost infinite application of this type of representation, you will have to schedule a consultation to see if an arrangement can be worked out to fit your needs.
