OUR OFFICE: We are currently open for business and providing all services as normal. However, we are providing all consultations over the phone or by Zoom until such time as Fresno County and the City of Fresno allow businesses to reopen without restriction due to the COVID-19 crisis.
FRESNO COUNTY:
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of all parties, family law proceedings may be conducted remotely. The Fresno County Superior Court will be providing Zoom information for hearings scheduled from December 1, 2021, and forward, until further notice. Although you may choose to appear in person at the courthouse, the Court strongly encourages you to participate remotely. Only the parties, attorneys, and any witnesses will be able to enter the courthouse.
MADERA COUNTY:
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, remote video appearances are authorized and encouraged. The Madera County Superior Court is utilizing “Zoom” as the preferred platform. However, you may choose to appear in person whether you are a participant or a guest.
The Madera County Superior Court offers remote viewing of most hearings in order to provide public access while adhering to state and local public health guidelines amid the COVID-19 pandemic. If you wish to obtain access to a particular courtroom calendar in order to view a hearing or participate in a hearing, you will need to complete a form found by copying the below link into your web browser:

The Kings County Family Court now permits hearings to be conducted in-person, by phone, or by Blue Jeans. https://www.bluejeans.com. Masks are required in the Courthouse and social distancing is practiced. The self-help desk is closed until further notice in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.
TULARE COUNTY:
Parties and self-represented litigants in Civil and Family Law cases are authorized to appear remotely for non-evidentiary hearings at the Tulare County Superior Court. Parties may appear at the hearing either by video or by phone using Zoom, a remote conferencing service provided for free.
Remote hearings via Zoom are scheduled the week prior to the hearing date. Requests for remote access should not be requested more than one week in advance. A response to a request for remote appearance can be expected within 24 hours of submission.
A request for a remote hearing via Zoom must be made by submission of a form on the Tulare Superior Court’s website at the following link: https://www.tulare.courts.ca.gov/online-services/request-remote-hearings
